When it's Healed Out rule of combat, I normally go full offense. Since my strategy is normally a Taunt monster with a Triage ability support, that's invalid in this rule of combat and hence, full offense would be better.
For full offense, it's a matter of whoever gets to the good side first. A few misses will be detrimental to the wins for the other side and that's the aim of my full offense Fire strategy.

Tarsa is a little bit too much to buy at once costing you around $15.08 for a max level. If you like tricky strategies with Melee Sneaks and Melee Opportunities,

Tarsa at max level may also be a little too much depending on your budget. My rental budget is kind of low so renting 23.53 DEC per day is a little bit high. However, it's still a good summoner due to her good all around stats.

Uraeus is much cheaper than other monsters and I think is a good one to start when you want to buy. It's a neutral monster so you can use it anytime while being strong as well for you to use it on both high and low mana caps.

If you want to test Uraeus first, a max level only costs you 0.37 DEC per day, which is really cheap whether you use it or not. The more monsters you have on your arsenal, the better in case those very specific sets of rules of combat comes.
Stats | Tarsa
Tarsa is a Rare summoner from the Chaos Legion Series.
Level 8 Rare summoners allow the use of:
Level 4 Legendary monsters;
Level 6 Epic monsters;
Level 8 Rare monsters;
Level 10 Common monsters.
Tarsa is the best summoner for Fire Splinter. Fire Splinter has the best melee monsters in the game. Fire also has a lot of Sneak and Opportunity melee monsters which makes them both fun and tricky to use.
+1 Melee. [Stat Modifier] [Positive Status] Friendly monsters has their melee damage increased by 1.
This extra stats is really good for Fire Splinters because of the amount of melee Sneaks and melee Opportunity they can use. This can be extremely useful to reduce the number of hits your monsters need to do to take down your opponents.
+1 Health. [Stat Modifier] [Positive Status] Friendly monsters has their Max Health increased by 1.
Extra health is an overall stats that is good. The game's win condition is to reduce all of your opponent's monsters to 0 so an extra health also means extra survivability in your games.
Stats | Uraeus
Uraeus is a monster that everyone uses but doesn't pay attention to. It's a really cheap 3 mana cost monster that you can use as a fill or as part of your strategy. Both his abilities are strong and is really crucial in making your lives easier.
At level 1, Sneak is unlocked. [Target Modifier] The attack priority of this monster's attack is changed to "The opponent's monster that is on the last position."
Sneak is a really strong ability when used right. Normally, strong tanks can only attack while on 1st position. There's no reason to play a tank on the last position if it's just going to be a sitting duck and this is the idea you abuse for Sneak.
At level 4, Poison is unlocked. [Negative Status] Attacks from this monster can inflict Poisoned Status. Poisoned monsters take 2 damage at the start of each round.
There are chances when one hit is not enough to kill the opponent's monster. This is where Poison ability comes in. That extra 2 damage at the start of the round may be the extra push you need to kill the monster saving you the attack for another one.

αͺIαEαα
Tarsa: Tarsa's extra damage is good for Uraeus and Tenyii Striker dealing with the back line while the extra health is good for that weaker front tank that I have.
- Scavo Chemist: It's a really cheap 2 mana cost monster with 3 extra health. You can change him for two 1 mana cost monsters if you'd like.
- Scorch Fiend: A 0 mana cost monster with Demoralize. Any free monster is good when you have limited mana.
- Uraeus: A cheap 3 mana cost monster with high speed, damage and good abilities. His role is damage helping Tenyii Striker deal at the back line.
- Tenyii Striker: I placed him at the back due to his high speed and Dodge ability hoping to avoid a few attacks if my opponents also tried to use melee sneaks.
αͺIαͺ YOαα αTαα©TEGY α―OαKEαͺ?
Yes. I gave up on the defense on the front and focused on damage using Sneak. This is a risky strategy but I am happy it worked for me this game.
α―αΌα©T α―Iαͺαͺ YOα TαY αͺIα΄α΄EαEαTαͺY αEαT TIα°E?
None. I would honestly do the same lineup with what my opponent did this game if I have high level Antoid Platoon. For better or worse, I only have level 2 Antoid Platoon so I don't really use him that much which led me to this build for this battle.

The worse problem is that my Tarsa gameplays are a hit and miss and I believe that it is simply luck that I won this game.
