Greetings friends of the #LadiesofHive community, with this week's edition, where we are invited to reflect with questions from our dear @irenenavarroart, here is my participation:
1.- Sometimes the truth can be difficult to process in a variety of circumstances. Tell us about a truth in your life that you would prefer to ignore forever if possible.
I have felt that I am a person who has the capacity to face problems, as well as the doubts and indecision that sometimes come to my mind. I need to make up my mind to face them, of course no one said it would be easy.
Particularly finding out about my progressive hearing problem, 8 years ago, was a harsh reality for me, because there is nothing like having all five senses healthy, starting from my self-esteem, I work every day to improve it, valuing physical and mental health, to continue evolving, growing and learning how beautiful we are as people.
It is amazing to see and discover all those capabilities that I didn't know were waiting for me to invite them into my life. Fears are natural, what I must not allow them to paralyse me and prevent me from seeing the opportunities that may present themselves, because there are always opportunities, thank God, this will help me to reinforce a sense of self-confidence.
2.-Share with us your 3 favourite films to watch on a weekend and tell us why you chose them.
Choosing films to watch at the weekend is something difficult because of the infinity that the wonderful art of cinema offers us.
However, I can choose my 3 favourites and I can't get enough of them:
Avatar
Avatar takes us to the world of Pandora, a science fiction film, in 3D, they bring to life an ex-marine Jake Sully (played by Sam Worthington), condemned to live in a wheelchair, for being a true warrior has been appointed to go to Pandora, where some companies are extracting a rare mineral that could solve the energy crisis of the Earth.
Turned into an avatar, Jake can walk again. His mission is to infiltrate the Na'vi, who have become the biggest obstacle to the extraction of the ore. On the day Hurricane Katrina hits New Orleans, the elderly Daisy Williams is on her deathbed in the hospital and at her side is her daughter Caroline.
Daisy asks her to read aloud the diary of her friend Benjamin Button, in which the protagonist narrates the main aspect of his extraordinary life, the process of rejuvenation: at birth he was diagnosed with various diseases associated with ageing, but he survives and grows younger and younger as time goes by.
I love it because it is a love story in every sense of the word, showing that when it is real, time is not an impediment.
I am struck by the way they make the characters look with their faces wrinkled, as well as looking younger.
Being a narrative full of ups and downs, there are sentences that are always good to read to reflect and analyse life because, as Benjamin Button says, “it's never too late to be who we want to be”.
Up: a high-altitude adventure
Carl Fredricksen is a 78-year-old widowed balloon salesman who finally realises his lifelong dream: to attach thousands of balloons to his house and fly off to South America. But once in the air and with no possibility of returning, Carl discovers that he is travelling with Russell, an eight-year-old explorer with a bomb-proof optimism.
Up is a 3D story, which tells us about ageing and makes us understand that life is chaotic and we can't always control it.
It is a very good and funny love story, with a sensitivity that makes me cry from the beginning, that reflects values such as solidarity, dreams, friendship.
Full of lessons to learn about how to make the most of life.
No matter how you look at it, through the eyes of a child or an older person,
I can't get enough of this film, especially if you want to share a memorable moment with the little ones at home. The experience of watching it will remain in their memories even when they grow up.

He sentido que soy una persona que tiene capacidad para enfrentar los problemas, al igual que las dudas e indecisiones que a veces me vienen a la cabeza. Es necesario decidirme a enfrentarlos, por supuesto que nadie dijo que sería fácil.
Particularmente enterarme de mi problema de audición progresivo, hace ya 8 años, fue una cruda realidad para mí, porque no hay como tener los cinco sentidos sanos, partiendo desde mi autoestima, trabajo cada día en mejorarla, valorando la salud física y mental, para seguir evolucionando, creciendo y aprendiendo lo hermosas que somos como personas.
Resulta asombroso ver y descubrir todas esas capacidades que no sabía que estaban esperando a que los invitara a entrar a mi vida. Los temores son naturales, lo que no debo permitir es que me paralicen y me impidan ver las oportunidades que se pueden presentar, porque siempre las hay, gracias a Dios, esto me ayudará a reforzar un sentimiento de seguridad en mí misma.

Escoger películas para ver el fin de semana es algo difícil por la infinidad qué nos ofrece el maravilloso arte del cine.
