
Some days, one does not have the time or energy for an elaborate meal. Thatโs when home-made fast food comes in handy.

Today, I prepared tilapia in the air fryer in less than 20 minutes. I marinated the fillets in the juice of an entire orange ๐ along with olive oil & I added onion rings & garlic cloves.
After preheating air fryer at 350 degrees, I cooked it for six minutes on each side. I served the healthy fillets with leftover rice, salad and yucca/plantains.

Another day, craving junk food, I prepared a not-unhealthy chicken burger ๐ stove top & made French fries ๐ from scratch in the air fryer โ 400 degrees for 20 minutes, with a little vegetable oil, flipping fries over half way.
Melted mozzarella on a hamburger bun & presto ๐จ๐ปโ๐ณ All the fun of street food, minus the guilt. And, because we are in Colombia, yes, thatโs pineapple sauce on top of my burger!
