Short on words, today, but wanted to share simple & simply delicious meal ideas.
Such as, this cheese & pastrami sandwich, served with avocado, green salad, nachos, dip & a fresh mango.
Another light, refreshing & nutritious summer dish? Ceviche!
Cut up your fish in chunks —we use tilapia- and ‘cook’ by letting sit in lemon juice : 5-10 minutes.
Serve with raw onion and peppers, thinly sliced. Sweet potatoes & corn, if you have them, are typical Peruvian sides.
Having a small get together? Add cheese tray and some bubbly on the side.
