[ENG] Making of samosa

Ingredients:

white flour (maida)
Potato (aalu) šŸ 
Onion
Green chilli
Coriander
Garlic
Oil

recipe:

Step 1:

Take water in the cooker according to how much you have potato .

Step 2:

Now put the cooker on high flame and turn off the gas after 3,4 whistles.

Step 3:

Remove boiled potatoes in a plate and cool them.

When the potatoes have cooled down, peel the potatoes.

Mash the potatoes a little.

Step 6:
ā€¢ Take refined flour in a plate and add so much oil to it that it looks like

Step 7:
ā€¢ Knead the flour with the help of water

Step 8:

Now in a plate, cut onion, green chilli, garlic , coriander .

Step 9:

ā€¢ Heat the oil in a pan.
ā€¢ And fry the chopped material .
ā€¢ And mix potatoes and make spices.

Step 10:

Now take another kadhai, add 1 liter of oil and heat it lightly.

ā€¢ When the oil is slightly hot, put the samosas in the pan.

ā€¢ Overheated but do not put samosa.

ā€¢ Bake the samosas on a low flame ..

Samosa is ready to eat now.
