HEALTHY STREET - NOODLES GANISHED WITH ONION.(benefits of eating fresh onion)

Hello foodies, it's been a while and I have really missed reading about your wonderful food recipes. I trust we are all doing well so today I will be sharing my very quick pasta that is served within 10 min...Hope you'll love it..

So first I per-bioled 2packs of noodles(o didn't add too much 9f water so it doesn't get too soft). This step is optional but necessary to take off the preservatives added to it. Now I will let it boil just a bit or when the water is hot then I will pour it into my sieve to drain the water..) you'll notice that the water looks unusual because of the preservatives)

Next you return the boiled Noodles to the pot, add 1tsp or a drop of vegetable oil, add the spices and you can add your tomato sauce/paste for a change of color, add some pepper of you want. Then finally a drop of water will do, mix slightly to combine ingredients then set of medium or low heat to cook.

When the water is completely dried, turn it into a plate or tray then vanish with your sliced or minced onion bulb..serve with a chill fruit juice and yummy will be the result.

Importance of the fresh onion;

  1. it helps strengthen the eye.
  2. It contains a lot of calories bit high in vitamins and minerals.
  3. It contains vitamin c that repairs tissue,regulate immune health and collagen production.
  4. it helps in iron absorption.
