Hoy con una receta muy nutritiva se trata de una ensalada de papas y huevos cocidos, es un contorno ideal para acompañar cualquier tipo de carnes, además la podemos disfrutar en el almuerzo o la cena.

Comienzo cocinando los huevos y las papas, los huevos los dejo diez minutos y las papas hasta que ablande. con los huevos hasta que ablande. Dejo enfriar y le quito la cáscara.
