Hello everyone! Summertime is here despite the rainy weather. It will soon pass away and everything will be back to normal!

Chilly beverages and Summer Treat Specials are now trending. It's harvest time for mangoes so we bought a kilo of ripe mangoes for our recipe. Here it is.

Creamy Mango Tapioca

Ingredients

IMG_20220412_154129.jpg
1 kilo ripe mangoes
1 sachet gelatin
1 sachet tapioca/sago
1 can condensed milk
1 pouch Nestlé Cream
1 box Eden Cheese
1 pouch Evaporated milk

Take note: Nestle Cream, Condensed milk and evaporated milk should be chilled prior to preparation to achieve a creamy effect.

Additional ice cubes would be perfect!

By the way, since we already have those mentioned above, I got some parts of those ingredients for my bread pudding too. Lol!

Here it is!

All you need to do is mix all the liquid ingredients (Nestlé Cream, condensed milk and evaporated milk): a bit of diced mango, tapioca and cheese.

After adding and mixing all the ingredients, prepare the baking bowl by placing a caramelized brown sugar for the base, adding the tapioca, cheese and mango. Raisins would have been more aromatic but I didn't do so because Antonia didn't like it with raisins inside.

Steaming for at least 45 minutes would be ideal though you can make it longer if you want it dryer or you may place it in the oven for 15 minutes.

There, that's all that's left for my son-in-law! Lol! The kids loved it plus the Creamy Mango Tapioca was perfect!

This is all for now. Once again, thank you for dropping by my page and most of all to @foodiesunite for this awesome community where we can share our passion in cooking.

Till then,
