2 cups maida
1.5 cups all-purpose flour aata
3 tablespoon ghee or oil
1 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon kasuri methi
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
salt as required
1 pinch asafoetida hing
oil for frying
Water as required
