GUACAMOLE & SHARP CHEDDAR TOPPED SMOKEHOUSE BURGERS

So much YES!

"It'll change your life." Yup, that's what I tell people who mention wanting to build a smokehouse like ours. It'll change your life. Of course, I speak from experience. I was smoking a brisket the other day, so I decided to toss in about a dozen carp fillets for some smoked fish. While I was at it, I made four homemade salami sausages and also smoked up nine smokehouse burgers.

The last time I made smokehouse burgers they were a 9.5/10, and there wasn't much room for improvement in the meat. That said, I thought it would be the toppings that I should focus on. I put some slices of sharp cheddar on them when I pulled them out, and then topped them with some homemade guacamole. Oh yeah! Enjoy the photos!
