   I am one of those people who have been cooking since I was a child and the meals that I normally cook, I do it almost automatically. That's why I choose to do it through an audiovisual content, since for example the quantities, are by eye 😁. But as a reference I tell you that we are a family of 4 people.

Para darle algo de color a las salsas, utilizo pimentón dulce y en general, los condimentos son a gusto de cada cocinero. Intento evitar productos enlatados, como los puré de tomates. El toque de pimienta negra, es importante para mis salsas.
