Feliz semana comunidad de Hive hoy les traigo mi tercer post sobre cocina y de un plato muy especial para mi.

Happy week Hive community today I bring you my third post about cooking and for me this dish means a lot to me.

Este nombre que lleva por título mi plato significa el reino de las estrellas traducido al griego, aunque no es un plato típico o no lleva ingredientes de esa nacionalidad una vez mas me deje llevar por la creatividad.

This name of my dish means the Kingdom of the stars translated into Greek, although isnt a typical dish or does not have ingredients of that region, once again I let myself be carried away by my creativity.

Cada día despierto con la imaginación y con el don culinario que quiero demostrar, aparte que este plato es uno de los preferidos de mi mamá y que a medida que transcurrió mi niñez amaba comerlo por lo deleitante que es.

Every day I wake up with the imagination and the culinary gift for create new food with a creativity touch, beside that, this dish is one of my mother's favorites and that as I grew up I loved to eat it because of how delicious it is.

Ingredientes: 2 Tazas de Arroz 2 bistec Pan Molido 1 Huevo Salsa de soya, Ajo e inglesa Pimienta negra al gusto Orégano al Gusto Contorno: 3 papas 1 Plátano Para la Ensalada se utilizó: 1 Lechuga 1 Tomate Cebolla picada en cuadritos Vinagre al gusto Aceite de Cocina ( solo unas gotas) Mayonesa.

Ingredients:
2 cups of rice
2 steaks
Bread crumbs
1 egg
Soy sauce, Garlic and Worcestershire sauce
Black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Contour:
3 potatoes
1 Plantain
For the Salad we used:
1 Lettuce
1 tomato
Diced onion
Vinegar to taste
Cooking Oil (just a few drops)
Mayonnaise.

En cada plato que elaboró le dedicó tiempo para darle a cada ingrediente lo que siempre mencionó: amor, y esmero para que los resultados sean satisfactorio y sientan que el amor también está en la gastronomía culinaria.

In each dish that I prepared, I dedicate time to give each ingredient that I mention before: love and care so that the results would be satisfactory and you would feel that love is also in culinary gastronomy.
