Goldfish Nuggets

Nuggets are always a great alternative to fast food at home when you're getting bored of preparing meals. I often prepare nuggets as frozen food when I am in a hurry with time during working hours. Now simple ingredients become the best alternative to be provided at home at any time.

This time the nuggets if you usually make it with chicken, I will make it with fish. This is because yesterday I harvested so much fish and I took the initiative to process it as a nugget for my food stock.

Well the fish I used I took directly in the pond yesterday, I took a type of gold fish. This fish is a freshwater fish, and has a very soft meat texture. You have to be careful even though the meat is soft, but this fish has quite a lot of thorns. So when cleaning this fish requires special care. I processed this goldfish nugget myself by mixing a few simple ingredients. In the form of tapioca flour and also wheat flour and telu then he stirred and steamed until cooked. The most delicious process and makes it different in my opinion is the last layer of fanir flour then fried so as to produce a crispy texture and also soft inside.

Here I will invite you to make fish nuggets at home in an easy way and of course without many ingredients used. Let's see the recipe.

Result

Goldfish nuggets are perfect as a side dish for my lunch with warm white rice. I usually replace fish with nuggets at home and then add vegetables as a complement to my lunch. There is nothing better than nuggets as a fozen food that is easily processed at home.

The flavor is very similar to chicken nuggets sold in supermarkets. When fried, I really like the texture of the inside. It is still very soft and not hard at all, so it can be enjoyed comfortably. The fanir layer also gives an amazingly crispy taste that is perfectly fried on low heat. I think this is the day I succeeded in making fish nuggets, usually there are mistakes that occur when preparing them. However, today it was so good I liked every part of it!.
