Blooming Flower Bread


There's always a different recipe every day that I come across, curious and eager to try the various breads that I've seen, including during my walk to the bakery the other day. When I entered one of the bakeries in the city where I live, the store had a wonderful aroma, the smell of chocolate, the smell of butter and even the smell of bread and it was all very aromatic and tantalizing to me. But while walking around and buying bread at the store, there was a bread that I really liked. It's called flower bread, why is it called flower maybe it looks similar to bread in movies with cute flower shapes like this.

At first I thought it had stuffing inside but who would have thought it was just sausage, cheese and butter cream. I am quite happy to be able to make something fun at home including making this bread.

Now when before making of course I have to find out how this bread is made and I immediately look for inspiration on social media. So here I will take you through the preparation step by step!.




Ingredients

Dought Ingredients

300 grams of wheat flour
35 gran of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
150 ml cold liquid milk
2 gram salt

Toppings

3 pieces of sausage
Mozarella cheese




Making Procedure


Step 1


Add flour and sugar in a screw-top container, then add instant yeast.

Step 2


Then add liquid milk then add eggs in the middle let the liquid in the middle mix until evenly distributed.

Step 3


If the liquid part has been mixed, stir until everything is evenly mixed, don't forget to add salt.

Step 4


Add the buttter and knead the dough until it is perfectly smooth and then rest the dough for 20 minutes and cover with a cloth.

Step 5


While waiting for the dough, cut the sausage into two pieces, then split it into 4 pieces and then insert cheese on all parts.

Step 6


When the dough has finished resting deflate it and divide it into some pieces of dough then round it.

Step 7


Now one dough I divide into 5 parts then I round it back and put it in a paper cup.

Step 8


Next rest and let it half expand then add the sausage in the center.

Step 9


Then rest the dough again until it doubles for 50 minutes.

Step 10


If it has risen spread liquid milk on the entire surface of the bread, then split the bread at the ends,add butter cream

Step 11


Add then bake until golden brown top and bottom for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.

Flower bread is ready to be served, and enjoyed with the family, it's so nice to see the family enjoying the bread made by me. Moreover, added with sausage variants, children will definitely like it. I'm sure out there for bread lovers will definitely like it because everything is delicious.

The savory and soft bread is indeed very suitable to be combined with both of them, especially if there is an addition of butter spread, I'm sure it will taste even better. The overall taste is just right and I hope someday I can try this recipe because it is very delicious.
