Banana Cheesecake 🍰 | You will love this easy to cook cheesecake recipe

Hello, friends! Today I decided to surprise my family with something delicious and my choice was banana cheesecake! It's so easy to prepare and so quick to eat. Let's not waste any time and move to the kitchen. All the ingredients you need!

Ingredients

  • 70 grams of butter
  • 280 g of biscuits
  • 400 g of cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp of powdered sugar
  • 200 ml of 33% cream
  • 130 grams of sugar
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 10 grams of gelatin
  • 100 ml of water
Banana Layer
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 10 grams of gelatin
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 235 ml of water
  • 40 grams of sugar




STEP 1

Grind the biscuits into crumbs. You can use a blender, as I did.

STEP 2

Add the melted butter to the cookie crumbs. Mix thoroughly until a smooth mass is formed.

STEP 3

Pour two-thirds of the mixture into the split mold and press it down with a glass. Use the remaining mass to cover the walls of the cheesecake. Put it in the fridge for stabilization.

Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar.

STEP 5

Add water to the gelatin and put on the fire, stirring constantly until the gelatin is completely melted. Do not heat it too strongly and definitely do not boil it. Set the mixture aside until it cools completely.

Add the cream to the cream cheese mixture. After each ingredient, mix the ingredients thoroughly.

STEP 7

Add the sugar. Stir the mixture.

Add the juice of half a lemon and melted gelatin. Mix everything thoroughly.

This is how the filling should look like.

Pour the filling into the cake and cover with food wrap. Put it in the fridge for 3-5 hours to stabilize.

STEP 11

Prepare the banana layer. Add 35 ml of water to the gelatin. Leave the gelatin to set for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the syrup. Add sugar, 200 ml of water, lemon juice to a saucepan and put it on the fire until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not heat the syrup too much.

While the syrup is on the fire, chop the bananas.

Add the gelatin to the syrup until it is completely melted and let the syrup cool down a bit.

Carefully place the bananas on the cheesecake and pour the gelatin mixture over them. Put it in the fridge for another 2-3 hours.
