This weekend we were at the truffle festival, it is very beautiful and above all very gystoso, the truffle has a particular flavor and not everyone likes it, the truffle is a rare and valuable type of mushroom, even expensive with an extremely typical flavor, difficult to to find, there are even dogs born to look for truffles.
The truffles is on the UNESCO heritage.
In this truffles festival as s first dish we ordered some tagliatelle and ravioli with pasta made with eggs with a Yummmi truffle and oil sauce, really a delicacy, the truffle sauce melted perfect with the pasta. Naturally with it we have a beer also if for the truffles dishes is best the red wine.
The second dish was pork meat covered wit truffle powder it's the first time and mortadella meat with burrata a typical kind of Yummmi and melting mozzarella with truffles slices, accompanied by a olive sauce the meat and also with fries and little truffles meatballs, I really loved these one was super yummy !
Naturally we have a dessert too!
The dessert is of course truffles based too, it's a fluffy cake made with withe sweet cream and truffles slices with a lot of sugar on,a weird but Yummmi mix an explosion of taste!
