A delve into delicious Cooking

Today is the best day of the week, Saturday. Off from work, the rest of my travel from a busy street, away from a hectic subject schedule, and a peaceful mind at home, that's why I love weekends, especially Saturdays. Since the weather isn't fine,(it's very cold right now because of the unending rainfall) I came up with the idea of cooking something that will warm our stomachs. So as I woke up in the morning, I went to the refrigerator and chose the ingredients for cooking Lomi.

I got and prepared the ingredients such as:

  • onion and garlic
  • cabbage
  • Baguio beans
  • onion leaves
  • carrots
  • sliced chicken meat
  • Noodles or Fresh Miki/Fresh Japanese Ramen

Cooking Delicious Lomi

First, I heat the Casserole and Put a little amount of cooking oil. As the Cooking oil was hot enough, I added the Onion, and then the Garlic.

This is my exciting Lomi variation that I always try at home. You can also twist to adding seafood instead of meat. Others may call it in the Visayan Language Pancit Sinabaw, but in reality, Lomi is a bit different.
