Welcome 👁 Food Lovers

Here I want to show you what I love to eat on hot days as a refreshing meal and recommend you to try it too.
This is not a recipe with exact quantities but a suggestion that can be varied in size and composition of course. Certain ingredients might not work for you, especially if you have to pay attention to any allergies.

In the first photo I have a banana, fresh strawberries and blueberries and a delicious mixture of nuts thrown together. That alone makes my mouth water. Then, in the second photo i slapped a good portion of Bourbon Vanilla Skyr on top. And, in the third photo, as the topping i chose cinnamon, honey and pollen. Yes, eating pollen is a thing! This will be the moment when the allergy sufferers cry out, but for all those without allergy problems I can only recommend it as, let's say, healthy spice that brings an interesting tart sweetness. Finally, stir it lightly if you like or spoon it away just like that, nom nom nom nom 🤤
