Primeramente se coloca el sartén y al calentar a temperatura media se le echa la cebolla y los tomates y se pone a pochar hasta que veamos que han cambiado de color, batimos los huevos y lo echamos revolvemos y le colocamos la sal a los 5 minutos listo un delicioso perico de huevos. El cual puede ser acompañado con las tradicionales arepas ya sean hechas en budare o en Tosty arepas como las hice yo ,
