Hola Foodies. Feliz martes, hoy quise experimentar con una receta y la verdad que quedo genial. Se trata de una pasta con crema de zanahoria, la cual acompañe con vegetales, pero esta crema le añadí queso y mortadela picada en cubos.

Para preparar la crema de zanahoria, primero se cortan muy bien las zanahorias, por otro lado, el pimentón y la cebolla se cortan por la mitad. Estos se agregan en una olla con agua y se ponen a hervir unos minutos hasta que estén cocidos.
To prepare the carrot cream, first the carrots are cut very well, on the other hand, the paprika and the onion are cut in half. These are added to a pot with water and boiled for a few minutes until they are cooked.
Once everything is ready, it is placed in a blender container and processed until it looks like a cream.
El siguiente paso es rallar el queso y picar la mortadela en cubos, una vez realizado esto, en una olla con aceite se incorpora la mortadela y se sofríen por unos minutos, luego se le agrega la crema de zanahoria y a esta se le añade sal, ajo en polvo y curry.
The next step is to grate the cheese and chop the mortadella into cubes, once this is done, in a pot with oil add the mortadella and fry for a few minutes, then add the carrot cream and add salt, garlic powder and curry.
Por ultimo se le incorpora la pasta cocida y el queso, se deja cocinar por unos minutos hasta que el queso se derrita.
Finally, add the cooked pasta and cheese and cook for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
Esta pasta se puede acompañar con pollo o cualquier proteína que se desee, incluso con vegetales y la verdad queda estupenda.
This pasta can be served with chicken or any protein you like, even with vegetables, and it is really great.
