Hola Foodies. Espero que hayan tenido un excelente jueves. El día de hoy les vengo a compartir una dulce receta, se trata de unos mini cheescake de vainilla, perfecto para degustar a la hora de la merienda.
Hi Foodies. I hope you had a great Thursday. Today I come to share with you a sweet recipe, this is a mini vanilla cheesecake, perfect to enjoy at snack time.

| Medio paquete de galletas maría | Half a package of maria crackers |

| Mantequilla derretida 40g | Melted butter 40g |
| Chantilli en polvo 10g | Chantilli powder 10g |
| Una taza de leche | One cup of milk |

Para preparar la chantilli la leche debe de estar bastante fría para que se pueda formar la crema. A esta se le agrega la chantilli y se bate hasta formar una crema, luego se lleva a refrigerar para que toma mas consistencia.
To prepare the chantilli, the milk must be cold enough to form the cream. Add the chantilli and whip it until it forms a cream, then refrigerate it so that it takes more consistency.
Then to make the base you need to crush the cookies until they are as if they were sand and for this I liquefy them but they can also be crushed manually.
Después se le incorpora la mantequilla y se mezcla muy bien hasta que queda como una masa.
Then add the butter and mix very well until it is like a dough.
Ahora para armar los cheescake, primero se le coloca la base tratando de que esta quede lo mas derecha posible, luego se le incorpora la crema.
Now to assemble the cheesecake, first place the base trying to make it as straight as possible, then add the cream.
Estos llevan a refrigerar toda la noche para luego desamoldar con mas facilidad. Como decoración utilice lluvia de colores.
These are refrigerated overnight for easy unmolding. As decoration use rain of colors.
