Saludos mis amigos, espero que se encuentren bien, hoy paso por aquí para participara en el concurso semanal de nos propone el equipo de @qurator, en Qurator's:Hive Top Chef! para esta semana nos invitan preparar una deliciosa ensalada, me encanta las ensaladas, así que manos a la obra, decidí preparar una de mis ensaladas favoritas, ensalada de stun con aceitunas negras y nueces, esta ensalada es muy fresca y ña verdad deliciosa el sabor de las cseitunas negras junto con los demás ingredientes es genial, además es super fscil y sencillo hacerla, les cuento como la preparo.

For this week they invite us to prepare a delicious salad, I love salads, so let's get to work, I decided to prepare one of my favorite salads, stun salad with black olives and walnuts, this salad is very fresh and the flavor is really delicious of the black seitunas together with the other ingredients is great, it is also super easy and simple to make it, I will tell you how I prepare it.
Deliciosa ensalada de atún con aceitunas negras y nueces//Delicious tuna salad with black olives and walnuts.
Ingredientes//Ingredients:
- Una lata de atún.
A can of tuna.
- Lechuga.
Lettuce.
- 2 tomates.
2 tomatoes.
- Media Zanahoria.
Half Carrot.
- Medio pimentón rojo.
Half red paprika.
- Media Cebolla.
Half an onion.
- Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Salt and pepper to taste.
- Aceitunas negras.
Black olives.
- Algunas nueces.
Some nuts.
Preparación//Preparation:
1- Lavamos la lechuga muy bien, en cas a cistumbramos a lavr la lechuga con agua y vinagre, la cortamos, y resrvamos.

2- Cortamos el tomate, el pimentón, la cebolla, y rallamos la zanahoria.

3- In a salad bowl, we place a bed of lettuce, then the carrot, the tuna, the tomatoes, the onion and the paprika, finally we add the olives and walnuts, salt and pepper to taste.

4- Para el aderezo, use mostaza dulce, un poco de vinagre de manzana, y aceite de oliva, mezcle todo muy bien, y listo, se lo coloque a la ensalada.
For the dressing, use sweet mustard, a little apple cider vinegar, and olive oil, mix everything very well, and that's it, put it on the salad.
5- En casa, normalmente, cada quien le agrega la cantodad que orefiere de aderezo en su plato de emsalada, y luego disfrutamos de esta delicia.
