Ingredients for preparing stuffed bell peppers (bell pepper's Dolma) :
Minced meat: 300-500 grams
Fresh vegetables(parsley, savory, basil, tarragon / Fresh Chives): 2 cups
Raw or cooked rice: 2 cups
bell peppers: 4-5
Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
Onion: 1 piece
Butter or oil: 2 tablespoons
Black pepper, salt, turmeric: required amount
Dried mint: 1-2 tablespoons
verjuice: 1\2cup (5-4 tablespoons)
Dried vegetables (basil / tarragon / savory): 1-2 tablespoons
Split pea: 1 cup
There is a split pea in the recipe that you can remove if you do not have it at home (I did the same)
removing split pea will not have a negative effect on the main composition of the food
How to prepare stuffed bell peppers(bell pepper's Dolma):
Clean, wash and chop the vegetables (parsley, savory, basil, tarragon and Fresh Chives).
You can also fry the chopped vegetables with a small amount of oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes, but you do not need to fry them at all.
You can use it like me fresh and without heating (it will be more useful)Soak the split peas in a bowl of water overnight (or at least 6 hours)
Then drain the split peas and put them in a saucepan with a glass of water and some salt for 30 or 40 minutes, let the split peas cook on the heat and soften a little.
(I removed Split pea from my recipe because I did not have it)Stir the rice several times. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the rice to the boiling water to cook and soften, then drain the rice.
You can also use washed raw rice in the composition of this food, but the duration of the meal will be longer in this case (I preferred to use cooked rice)Put the minced meat in a bowl, grate the onion and add to the meat
Add turmeric, salt, pepper, mint and dried herbs, oil, verjuice and paste and mix thoroughly.
Then add chopped vegetables, split pea and cooked rice and mix.
- Wash the bell peppers and cut off their heads, but do not throw them away.
Then empty the inside of the bell peppers and fill them with the ingredients you have prepared and put them in a suitable pot on a regular basis and put the bell peppers in the pepper. Then pour 2 glasses of water and let the food cook (about 90 minutes on low heat)
Prepare the final sauce
Fry the tomato paste with a little oil and add a glass of boiling water, salt and pepper.
Pour the prepared sauce over the bell peppers.
After the bell peppers are cooked, you can serve it on a plate and enjoy it
