"Easy-Peasy Caesar Salad Dressing"
I was craving salad. I don't know when but I often have the impulse that I want to eat a bowl of salad. I decided to make caesar dressing with lettuce, yellow pepper, and tomatoes. I didn't use anchovy paste but it was pretty good. There are only 7 steps to make it! It was super easy and yummy!
サラダが無性に食べたくなりました。いつやってくるかはわからないのですが、定期的にサラダボールいっぱいのサラダがものすごく食べたくなることがあります。レタス、パプリカ、トマトのサラダにかけるシーザーサラダドレッシングを作ることにしました。アンチョビペーストは使いませんでしたがいい味でした。７ステップで作れて、超簡単においしくできます。
Ingredients
・Lettuce 1/4
・Yellow pepper 1
・Mini tomatoes 10 or more
Add bacon and croutons if you like
Caesar dressing
・Lemon juice 2-3 tablespoons
・Ground garlic 1 piece
・Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
・Parmesan cheese 1.5 tablespoons (add more if you like the thick taste)
・Pepper to taste
・Milk or Soy milk 2-3 tablespoons
Making time is about 10 minutes including the preparation time.
材料
・レタス １/４
・パプリカ １個
・ミニトマト １０個かそれ以上
ベーコンとクルトンをお好みで
シーザードレッシング
・レモン汁 大さじ２−３
・すりおろしにんにく ひとかけ
・マヨネーズ 大さじ４
・パルメザンチーズ 大さじ １.５ （濃い目が好きな方は足す）
・こしょう 少々
・牛乳または豆乳 大さじ２−３
調理時間は準備時間を含め約１０分
- Add mayonnaise into a small bowl.
- Add parmesan cheese.
- Add black pepper.
- Add lemon juice.
- Add ground garlic.
- Add milk.
- Mix well.
１. マヨネーズを小ボールに入れる。
２ . パルメザンチーズを加える。
３. こしょうを加える。
４. レモン汁を加える。
５. すりおろしにんにくを加える。
６. 牛乳を加える。
７. よく混ぜ合わせる。
Taste it and add ingredients if you like.
味見をしてもし足したい材料があれば加える。
Wash vegetables, cut them into edible sizes.
野菜は洗って食べやすいサイズにきる。
Pour all sauce and mix all vegetables to make it yummier.
ソースは全部かけて混ぜ合わせ、野菜にたくさんからめた方がおいしいです。
