Ingredients:
- 250 grams of paneer
- 2 bell peppers (capsicum)
- 2 onions
- Some garlic cloves
- A piece of ginger
- 4 green chilies
- Fresh cream
- Corn flour
Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Start by cutting the paneer into cubes. In a bowl, mix corn flour and fresh cream thoroughly. Add the cubed paneer to this mixture, coat them well, and then deep fry them in oil until they turn golden brown. Set them aside.
Masala Preparation:
- Chop the onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. In a pan, heat some oil, add these chopped ingredients, and sauté them until they turn brown. You don't need to overcook them as it's not necessary to brown onions excessively in this recipe.
Now, take this mixture out of the pan, let it cool, and then grind it into a paste. This paste doesn't require extensive browning since we grind it later.
In the same pan, add sliced bell peppers and sauté them for a couple of minutes. Remember not to overcook them; a quick sauté is sufficient. Then, remove them from the pan.
Now, take the onion-ginger-garlic-chili paste you prepared earlier and put it back into the pan. Cook it for a couple of minutes.
Add the sautéed bell peppers and fried paneer cubes to the pan. Mix them well with the paste.

- After a few minutes, add some hot water to the pan, cover it, and let it simmer for about 5 minuts
