Bhindi (okra)

How are you all? I hope you are doing well. Today, I'm sharing a very delicious vegetable dish with you that can be prepared in many different ways. Bhindi (okra) is very tasty to eat, and you can make it dry, stuffed, or with various spices. To make this, I need the following ingredients:

Ingredients:

  1. 250 grams of bhindi (okra)
  2. 2 onions
  3. 4 potatoes
    Spices:
  4. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder (dried mango powder)
  8. Cumin seeds for tempering
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil

Method:

  1. Cut the bhindi, onions, and potatoes into pieces.
  2. Heat a pan, add oil, and then add cumin seeds. Wait for them to splutter.
  3. Once the cumin seeds splutter, add the bhindi. Also, add onions and potatoes. Sauté them well for about 5 minutes.
  4. Now, it's time to add the spices: turmeric, coriander, chili powder, amchur, and salt. Mix everything well and let it cook for about 5 more minutes.
