Besan ki sabji (Gatte)

How are you all? I hope everyone is in good health. Today, I am sharing a new recipe with you that is incredibly delicious and suitable for both kids and adults. Let's take a look at the list of ingredients needed to prepare this recipe:

Ingredients:

  1. 100 grams of Gram Flour (Besan)
  2. 2 small Onions (Pyaz)
  3. Several cloves of Garlic (Lahasun)
  4. A piece of Ginger (Adrak)
  5. Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  6. Fresh Coriander (Hari Dhaniya)
  7. Salt, as per taste (Namak)
  8. Oil (Tel)
  9. Yogurt (Dahi) or Tomatoes (Tamatar)
  10. Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  11. Red Chili Powder (Mirchi Powder)
  12. Garam Masala

Here's the method to prepare it:

  1. Create a paste using garlic, onions, ginger, and green chilies.
  2. Take a bowl, add gram flour, and mix it with water to form a paste. Incorporate the paste from step 1, mix thoroughly, and then add salt. Allow it to rest for approximately 5 minutes.

  1. Heat a pan, add oil, and then introduce the gram flour mixture. Roast it until it attains a smooth consistency. Next, mold this mixture into small round pellets.
  2. Once more, heat a pan, pour in oil, and once it's hot, add the paste from step 1. Cook until it becomes brown. Now, introduce the spices and continue roasting. After it's cooked, add yogurt and let it cook until the oil separates. Then, add water and cook for 5 minutes. Cut the gram flour pellets into pieces, place them in the pan, and garnish with coriander leaves
