Homemade salad

Receipt for my Homemade Salad:

Ingredients:

  • Assorted vegetables (e.g., lettuce, spinach, cucumber, bell peppers)
  • Avocado
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Blueberries
  • Tuna fish
  • Cheese (your preferred type)
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sweet paprika

Salad Dressing:

  • Avocado oil
  • Apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop the assorted vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the avocado into cubes and slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Rinse the blueberries and drain the tuna fish.
  4. Grate or cube the cheese.
  5. In a large salad bowl, combine the vegetables, avocado, cherry tomatoes, blueberries, tuna fish, and cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the desired amount of pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, and sweet paprika over the salad.
  7. In a separate small bowl, mix together approximately 1 tablespoons of avocado oil and 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (with the mother) to make the salad dressing.
  8. Drizzle the salad dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
  9. Taste and adjust the seasoning or dressing as desired.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade salad!
