Hola amigos de hive, espero que estén teniendo un gran fin de semana, hoy les traigo una receta sencilla y muy deliciosa, huevos revueltos con pollo, un platillo que podremos disfrutar en menos de 10 minutos, así que espero que les guste, sin más nada que añadir, comencemos.

-1/4 De pechuga de pollo.
-2 Huevos.
-3 Dientes de ajo finamente picados.
-Adobo al gusto.
-½ Cucharada de salsa de soya.
-2 Cucharadas de aceite.
The ingredients are:
- 1/4 of chicken breast.
- 2 Eggs.
- 3 finely chopped garlic cloves.
- Marinade to taste.
- ½ tablespoon of soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons of oil.
Comenzamos esta preparación picando la pechuga de pollo en trozos medianos, colocamos un sartén a fuego medio, añadimos 2 cucharadas de aceite y añadimos el pollo, debemos cocerlo hasta que comience a dorar.
We begin this preparation by chopping the chicken breast into medium pieces, place a pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil and add the chicken, we must cook it until it begins to brown.
Condimentamos al gusto, en mi caso añadiré media cucharada de adobo y media cucharada de salsa de soya, mezclamos bien y añadimos los huevos y el ajo, mezclamos nuevamente para unir estos últimos ingredientes y dejamos cocinar hasta que notemos que el huevo se haya cocinado.
Season to taste, in my case I will add half a tablespoon of marinade and half a tablespoon of soy sauce, mix well and add the eggs and garlic, mix again to unite these last ingredients and let cook until we notice that the egg has cooked.
