Hey Foodies!
I have recently changed up my snacks and things I eat throughout the day. So I have add in a smoothie for even more health! :D
Its tasty and lovely!
Here’s what I use:
Yellow = Cut and Frozen Mango
Red = Frozen Strawberries
Green = Frozen Spinach
Long Yellow = Banana
Can = Pinapple.
The colours made sense in the beginning haha.
Also Chia Seeds.
A vibrant Green colour smoothie :D
