(EN) Hello Friends, Today I made spinach pastry with my girlfriend. We ate the whole spinach pastry and I decided to write you this post. :) It was really delicious. Now I will tell you how to make spinach pastry.
(TR) Merhaba Arkadaşlar, Bugün sevgilim ile birlikte ıspanak böreği yaptık. Bütün ıspanak böreğini yedik ve size bu postu yazmaya karar verdim. :) Gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Şimdi sizlere ıspanak böreği nasıl yapılır anlatacağım.
(EN) First, we wash the spinach well and cut off the stems. Next, we cut the Spinach like making a salad.
(TR) İlk olarak, ıspanakları güzelce yıkıyoruz ve kök kısımlarını kesiyoruz. Sonra, Ispanakları salata yapar gibi kesiyoruz.
(EN) We cook the cut spinach after adding a little oil to the pan. We add some salt.
(TR) Kestiğimiz ıspanakları,tavaya biraz yağ koyduktan sonra pişiriyoruz. Biraz tuz ekliyoruz.
(EN) We put oil in another pan. The dough will not stick to the pan because we apply oil.
(TR) Başka bir tavanın içerisine yağ sürüyoruz. Yağ sürdüğümüz için yufka tencereye yapışmayacak.
(EN) As you can see in the picture, we put the dough in the pan and oil it.
(TR) Resimde gördüğünüz gibi, tencerenin içerisine yufka koyuyoruz ve yağlıyoruz.
(EN) After oiling the dough, we put spinach and some curd cheese on it.
(TR) Yufkayı yağladıktan sonra üzerine ıspanak ve biraz lor peyniri koyuyoruz.
(EN) We cover it with dough as you can see in the picture.
(TR) Yufka ile resimde gördüğünüz gibi örtüyoruz.
(EN) After oiling the dough again, we put spinach and some curd cheese on it.
(TR) Tekrar yufkayı yağladıktan sonra üzerine ıspanak ve biraz lor peyniri koyuyoruz.
(EN) We cover it with dough again as you can see in the picture.
(TR) Yufka ile tekrar resimde gördüğünüz gibi örtüyoruz.
(EN) First we cook the lower part of the pastry and then the upper part. And the result is perfect. Enjoy your meal. Thank you for reading.
