Milk Fish with Sour Soup (Bangus Sinigang)

Good day!

Welcome to another edition of my every cooking. Me and my husband have agreed that I will be the one cooking for lunch from now on. As for him, he will be in charge of cooking breakfast and dinner. The dish that I am going to show to you guys is special because one of the ingredients is from the vegetable garden of my husband. The dish is called "Milk Fish in Sour Soup.

Ingredients

  • Milk Fish (1 pc, large)
  • Mustard Green Leaves (about 10 pcs)
  • Powdered Tamarind (about 10-15 grams)
  • Green Pepper (5 pcs)
  • Onion (1 pc, small)
  • Ginger (about 5 grams)
  • Salt

Preparing the ingredients

I just cleaned the Milk Fish and removed the stomach and the gills and then I sliced it into 3 pcs

I just peeled and sliced the onion

How to cook

1. I put all the ingredients in a bow except the mustard greens

2. I added some water (about 750 ml), add salt, and boil.

3. When boiling add the powdered tamarind

4. Add the mustard geen after the powdered tamarind

5. When the mustard greens are cooked turn off the heat

6. Put some in a bow then serve
