馃槂Hoy les contar茅 por qu茅 deje de ejercer mi profesi贸n, para realizar un oficio. Soy licenciada en educaci贸n, y trabajaba como maestra de preescolar en un colegio privado, ser maestro y convivir con los ni帽os de verdad, es un trabajo muy lindo, si te gusta tu profesi贸n. De lo contrario, ser谩 un trabajo muy extenuante y agotador.
馃槂 Today I will tell you why I stopped exercising my profession, to carry out a trade. I have a degree in education, and I worked as a preschool teacher in a private school, being a teacher and living with real children, it is a very nice job, if you like your profession. Otherwise, it will be a very strenuous and tiring job.
Por tradici贸n en mi familia, se dedican hacer dulces artesanales. De ellos aprend铆 a realizar varios tipos de dulces derivados del man铆. Debido a este aprendizaje, comenc茅 a realizarlos y distribuirlos entre mis compa帽eros de trabajo y vecinos. Estos dulces tan deliciosos y caracter铆sticos, se hicieron populares entre las personas que los compraron. Cada vez se me hac铆a m谩s complicaba cumplir con mis actividades en el colegio y al mismo tiempo hacer dulces, para venderlos.
Estar en tal situaci贸n me obligo a elegir entre mi profesi贸n y mi oficio, ya que el tiempo no era suficiente. Y yo terminaba exhausta por cumplir con mis dos trabajos.
El mes de Octubre renuncie al colegio, debido a que el pago no me alcanzaba para cubrir mis gastos y necesidades. Mientras que realizar dulces, me generaba un poco m谩s de ganancias y pod铆a realizar otras cosas, es decir, puedo manejar mi tiempo a conveniencia, no tendr铆a que cumplir con un horario establecido.
Los dulces artesanales, todos son derivados del man铆. conocidos como: Turr贸n de man铆, man铆 confitado, man铆 pelado, man铆 con chocolate y turr贸n de man铆 blanco. Todos estos productos son artesanales. Lo que genera trabajo, tiempo y dedicaci贸n. Para que se puedan realizar bien y as铆 poder ofrecer un producto de calidad, por el cuidado que lleva realizar estos dulces.
By tradition in my family, they are dedicated to making artisan sweets. From them I learned to make various types of sweets derived from peanuts. Due to this learning, I began to make them and distribute them among my co-workers and neighbors. These delicious and characteristic sweets became popular with the people who bought them. It became more and more difficult for me to carry out my activities at school and at the same time make sweets, to sell them.
Being in such a situation forced me to choose between my profession and my trade, since time was not enough. And I ended up exhausted from doing my two jobs.
The month of October I resigned from school, because the payment was not enough to cover my expenses and needs. While making sweets, I generated a little more profit and I could do other things, that is, I can manage my time at my convenience, I would not have to comply with a set schedule.
The artisan sweets are all derived from peanuts. known as: Peanut nougat, candied peanuts, peeled peanuts, peanuts with chocolate and white peanut nougat. All these products are handmade. What generates work, time and dedication. So that they can be done well and thus be able to offer a quality product, due to the care that it takes to make these sweets.
TURR脫N DE MAN脥
Este dulces es hecho con man铆 y caramelo, al unir estos ingredientes y siguiendo una serie de pasos se realiza el turr贸n.
PEANUT NOUGAT
This candy is made with peanuts and caramel, by joining these ingredients and following a series of steps, the nougat is made.
MAN脥 CONFITADO CON AJONJOLI
Este dulce es man铆 caramelizado con un poco de ajonjol铆.
CANDIED PEANUT WITH AJONJOLI
This sweet is caramelised peanuts with a bit of sesame.
TURR脫N BLANCO
Este tipo de dulces es de contextura blanda, es realizado con man铆, leche, claras de huevo y glucosa.
WHITE NOUGAT
This type of candy has a soft texture, it is made with peanuts, milk, egg whites and glucose.
TURR脫N DE CHOCOLATE馃
Este turr贸n es hecho con man铆 y cacao. Se cocina hasta realizar este dulce.
CHOCOLATE NOUGAT馃
This nougat is made with peanuts and cocoa. It is cooked until this sweet is made.
MAN脥 PELADO
Este producto es m谩s simple, ya que solo es man铆 tostado, embolsado y sellado.
PEELED PEANUT
This product is simpler as it is just roasted, bagged and sealed peanuts.
馃挍馃挍Todos estos dulces artesanales son muy ricos, cada uno ellos son protagonistas y se pueden distinguir por su sabor y calidad.
馃挍馃挍All these artisan sweets are very rich, each one of them is the protagonist and can be distinguished by their taste and quality.
