Ingredients:
  • Tengra fish 3 pieces
  • Potato 4 pieces
  • Brinjal 2 pieces
  • Green chilis
  • Salt as needed
  • Turmeric powder as needed

  1. First, you have to cut the fish well. Then you have to wash it with water and leave it for 15 minutes. So that water comes out from the body of the fish.
  2. Then marinate. 5 piece medium size fish 1.5 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon hot spice powder and 2 teaspoon soybean oil. Marinate in this way and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Then heat the oil in a frypan and fry the fish well until brown.
  4. Then take water in a medium size pan like 5 teacups. When the water is hot, add chopped potato pieces and eggplant pieces in it. Have to pay.
  5. Then put the fried fish in the pan. Cover in this way and leave it for 15 minutes.
