Good evening everyone. How is your Sunday so far? I know that it is kinda sad since tomorrow is Monday and we all know that Monday means we will be back at work. Before this week ends I am gonna share to you a quick and easy recipe which is healthy at the same time. This one is just basically sauted chayote with eggs in it.
To start, all you need to do is to prepare your basic ingredients like sliced and skinned chayote, egg, sliced garlic and onion. The seasonings the you need for it is just soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and special seasoning granule.
The first step for this is to saute your garlic and onion with cooking oil until cooked.
Next is just add your sliced chayote and season it with oyster sauce, soy sauce and some special seasoning granules. Mix it well and cover until cooked.
Once the chayote become tender and the moisture is completely simmered, you can now add your egg and mix them all together. Adjust its taste by adding more soy sauce to it depending on your taste.
