Greetings!

It has been a week since I last cooked for my family because I am kind of busy on our rice farm and with other chores that kept my hands full all day long. With that span of one week my wife is the one cooking for us.

But today, I again have the time to cook for my family. So, I decided to cook something special for my family. Introducing "Sarsiadong Tilapia", this dish is kind of special because it is very delicious but very simple to cook and prepare.

Sarsiadong Tilapia is usually cooked with left-over fried Tilapia. When the taste of the fried Tilapia, tomatoes, and egg fuse together it is very delicious.

When I was a kid I always eat a lot when my father cook this dish the taste is just so delicious I can eat it over and over again.

The cooking time for this dish is about 10-15 minutes.

So, without further ado, here's how I cook this special dish...

  • Left-over Fried Tilapia
  • Tomato
  • Egg
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cooking Oil
  • Salt

Slice the tomatoes (you can definitely slice the tomatoes any way you want)
