Latest Bitshares Astro UI change log
- Created a new smartcoin page
- Check out the preview post: "Creating Smartcoins via the Astro UI"
- Supports all smartcoin functionality
- Supports all create/edit asset functionality including extensions
- Offers optional NFT support - a first on the Bitshares blockchain!
- It's development led to reporting an issue with the reference bitshares ui - thanks to abit for helping fully define the asset permissions and flags, this was a fairly confusing task which I'm glad to have gotten past now.
- Updated the create prediction market asset & user issued asset pages
- Improved the asset permissions & asset flag UX significantly
- Created a new blockchain overview page
- Check out the preview post: "Observing the live blockchain! Recent average statistics, transaction data, earnings, charts, etc!"
- Implemented the Bitshares committee account block list
- Cannot use a blocked account (blocked account lookup)
- Cannot transfer to a blocked account
- Cannot view assets in your portfolio which were created by a blocked account
- Cannot view pools or credit offers created by blocked accounts
What's next?
I'm hoping that more votes will be cast in support for my Bitshares Astro UI worker proposal, this would really drive what's coming next into overdrive. If you've not voted yet, consider doing so to show your support!
OK, but what's actually in scope for development next?
- Creating a new account from the Astro UI
- This would cut the need for the reference UI out of the picture
- Both bin file and cloud account based sign up
- Creating charts for the DEX limit order page
- Creating/closing vote lock tickets
- Viewing vote lock tickets & resulting blockchain influence leaderboard
- Implement the Bitshares core 8.0 voting system once released
- Theme support
- Additional locales
- Liquidity pool creator
- Account whitelist/blacklist functionality - creating your own list with an account like the committee block list account.
- Spotlight bartering page
- Spotlight direct debit page
- Spotlight HTLC page
- Airdrop support
- Spotlight merchant protocol page
- Create a worker, create a witness, create a committee member.
- Support for TOTP deeplink and QR code generation (currently limited to raw deeplinks and local JSON files only).
- Figma designs for every page, enabling iterative UI design without changing any code.
- Additional asset admin functionality - issuance, override transfer, price feed publisher configuration, etc.
- Tanks and taps UI implementation once Bitshares core 8.0 is released
- Creating proposals
- Beside each page's submit button a 'propose' button to select a target account for proposal
