Day Zero: my jogging journey

tomorrow I will start a jogging journey. I will jog ounce in the morning and ounce in the afternoon. I will jog to the pool and back each time and not give up. no excuses. you can jog along with me or not. I'm thinking it might last a week, and I'm going to see what happens. my dad thinks this is a good Idea since I got tired raceing my brother a bunch of times a few days back and got DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness.) I see what it does for my body and mental thinking we'll see, as I will be writing about it evreyday for seven days to keep you all posted.
