Greetings #plantbased chefs, @JustinParke here with a new Plant Power Cooking Challenge. As @NaturalMedicine's Plant-Based Curator, I am blessed with an opportunity to award some of Hive's most delicious vegan recipes. Even though we are only into week #5 of this challenge, I am amazed at the level of engagement and support so far.

Each Thursday I post a list of ingredients that you can use in any combination to make your recipe submission, and I share the link within the Plant Power curation posted every Thursday via the main @NaturalMedicine account.

☸️ ROLLING INTO WEEK #5

I told chef @CarolynStahl if I chose her as the winner every time, I would be considered corrupt, but it's hard not to with how tantalizing her recipe posts are. Luckily @PlantsToPlanks won the day by wowing me with a cute little spread packed full of umami flavors, and new-ish to me chef @Kyleana also impressed with some very special monster-sized gnocchis.

  • You can use ONE ITEM from the other column if you'd like to use a sweet in your savory or a savory in your sweet, but you must use at least one ingredient in the recommended flavor style.
  • No animal products can be used
  • Post in the Natural Medicine community and use any other tag such as #vegan, #plantbased, and #foodiesbeehive, as your secondary tags
