How do you take care of your skin?

Our skin speaks more about us. Before one looks healthy in the skin, inside must have been healthy. As a young lady, I have ways of keeping my skin healthy. First thing I used to do is to take in natural suppliments which helps to rejuvenate me right from inside. One of the suppliments are Red yeast coffee and Ginseng. I enjoyed these coffees with bread or biscuits. It's very delicious and nourishes the body when you take it with normal room temperature water.

Consuming lots of fruits has gone a long way in keeping my skin healthy. Like today, I ate cucumbers and carrots, will still eat more of fruits before today runs out.

Am also selective when it comes for bathing soap and body cream's. I do go for cream's that contains 0% hydroquinone. Apart from that, my soap always contains natural things like carrots or say avocado pear. Such as such once here 👇.

To maintain my healthy skin, I consume lots of water because the more I drink the I have frequent urine. So, those urine takes away toxins leaving the whole body healthy and skin shining.

In my area, I have seen poepple making common mistakes which damages their skin's instead of keeping them healthy. Those mistakes includes, rubbing bleaching cream's. When the person doesn't have money to maintain the cream, you see the person having Coca-Cola and Fanta colour 🤣😂. Some do have skin infections or smelling skin's. I have seen a woman looking as if she was burned by 🔥 fire. Little did I know that it was the result of skin bleaching.

Tom maintain a healthy skin, I suggest that one needs to know the texture of his skin and go for a suitable cream for it. No need of bleaching out or trying to transform your colour out of the original. Eat more of healthy fruits and vegetables. Consuming more of Waters. Bath at least twice in a day and apply your cream's. By so doing, you will continue to have a healthy skin.
