Jaden was the only child of his parents. He lived with his mom after the tragic occurrence that took his father.His mom took good care of him and never let him feel fatherless, she sent him to school by working very hard.
Jaden, at a young age had always wished to be a millionaire and always told his mom about it but his mom did tell him to work hard and become successful and all other wealth will follow. She educated him that hard work is necessary for success to be achieved.
Jaden finished his junior school with flying colours and got a scholarship to any secondary school of his choice and higher institution, his mom was very happy with him and sang praises to God for relieving her stress of school fees.
He chose the best private secondary school in another city far away from theirs and was admitted because he passed the entrance exam with flying colours. At the instant he got into the school everyone loved him including teachers because of his good behavior and was always diligent in all he does and was very brilliant.
He met so many rich students and wished to be like them but he remembered what his mom told him and got over that feeling. He mingled with both the rich and people like him but some set of the students envied him, he got all the attention instead of them and they tried to bully him but they were reported and punished.
His mom was diligently waiting for her son to return to see him because she really missed him. Jaden was at school preparing so hard for the exam. Finally, the exam came and Jaden cleared all his papers and was awarded the best student. He was so happy to be the best, he was congratulated by friends and well wishers. He couldn't wait to break the news to his mom, he got back home and told his mom everything. His mom was so happy as he handed over the award to her.
After some years, Jaden finished his secondary schooling although it wasn't easy as he thought he went through some difficulties that came his way. He wrote his exams for higher institutions and passed and was admitted. To him it looks like a new world with no teacher or guardian to watch him and correct some of his wrong steps. He wanted to become a lawyer to be the voice of the voiceless.
He met with some people who helped his positive attitude and was asked to follow them to their fellowship crew which he gladly did because he was a Christian also.
He was made the assistant to the head because he was dedicated to the work of God and was very fervent in prayers, and was also doing great in his academic field.
After some years, he got to his final year and started walking with different people cos they were taking good care of him since his mother could not again because she was really down with illness and he needed to pay for her treatment.
He began to work with big boys in the campus and was gradually getting influenced by them.
One certain day, out of curiosity, he asked the boys where they got their money from because he didn't want to be dependent on them. He needed to make money for himself. The urge to be wealthy came back and started filling him up, they told him to come back the next day but he told them to tell him now so they told him there were fraudsters and were into hacking. He was surprised but was like as long as they were making money without stress he'll try it.
Jaden was now a different person entirely, no longer going to fellowship or attending to his mom's call; he was now feeling on top of everyone and never cared for them again. He began to look interest in studies and was focused on money alone.
He began to pay teachers to do his exam for him and after some years he graduated and was feeling the love was not enough for him and began to go into smuggling of hard drugs but was caught and sent to prison. His mom had the news and slipped off and died.
He however regretted all his actions and the hunger for wealth at a young age in tears and bitterness.
