GOOD NUTRITION: MY FAVOURITE FOOD, FRUIT AND DRINK I CAN HAVE EACH DAY 🥑🍚🥛🍽️

According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, food is one of the physiological i.e. basic need of man with shelter and clothing been the other. Good nutrition is more than just putting anything into the mouth, but by careful selection and proper planning of what to eat and drink having balanced diet in mind. As a basic knowledge, balanced diet/nutrition involves the six classes of food which includes the carbohydrates, proteins, fats & oils, minerals, vitamins and water. Therefore, it's good to eat a good and balanced meal even as one can afford.

As personalities differs and based on preference, choice, upbringing and other factors, we all as individuals have our preference of food, fruit and drinks. This preference can be local or continental dish with fruits and drink which we are fond of and can have it each day without getting tired of them. For me, the food i can have everyday without getting tired of it is rice and beans with melon (egusi) soup while my choice of fruit been avocado popularly called pear and that of drink been soya milk drink.

I love rice and beans with melon soup because it is a good combination of the classes of food as mentioned earlier above. This is my favorite food which i can have everyday without getting tired of. In addition, i love it to be cooked separate i.e. rice seperate and beans seperate but served together, but if cooked together, it still goes on well with me. This food is a rich blend supplying me with adequate nutrition i need for my vitality and wellness. The melon soup springed with some vegetables are good source fats, oils, mineral and vitamins needed by the body.

My favorite fruit which i can't be tired of is avocado 🥑🍐 commonly called pear. Avocados (pear) is very rich in mineral like Potassium and in Vitamins like Vitamin E. In addition, avocado is high in calories compared with other fruits. I love to take it either alone or with other foods like rice & beans, rice, bread etc. My drink of all time is soya milk drink which is very rich in protein which is helpful to the body as the "building blocks", in repairs of muscle, bone and also to make homones and enzymes. It's my favorite because i love the taste and i love it served chilled to enjoy it better. It is good to know that all these food, fruit and drink of my choice are available and easy to prepare.

These are the food, fruit and drink i can never get tired of as my favorites anyday, anytime. The combination is of a good and balanced nutrition containing all necessary things for the body. The place of good nutrition cannot be overemphasized as malnutrition can lead to developing various health conditions and affect the overall productivity of such individual. If i live in a new world where i have access to one particular food, fruit and drink, i will definitely and always go for the combinations mentioned above without been tired of them.
