Hola amigos de Hive que leen mi blog. Ante todo quisiera disculparme por no dedicarle el tiempo que ustedes se merecen.
Nuevamente la semana que pasó fue de mucho trabajo.
Eso me ha llevado a reflexionar sobre las prioridades que a veces le damos a lo que no nos gusta pero que por la responsabilidad y el compromiso que tenemos, debemos cumplir. Eso pasa con mi trabajo, demanda mucho de mi y de mi tiempo, no lo hago porque me paguen más, lo hago porque me comprometo en ayudar a personas que talvez nunca vuelva a ver, eso me pasó con una estudiante a la cual estoy tutorando, que llegó a mí hace muy poco tiempo y realizar una tesis de Diploma, en una semana es una tarea titánica, me dediqué a ella completamente, dejando de hacer ejercicios, llegando a mi casa de noche varias veces en esta semana. Pero ella tiene una situación familiar de salud y yo le di mi mano para que pudiera cumplir su meta de hacerce licencia, cómo ya les decía muy a pesar de mis intereses, que eran otros. Cómo realizar el informe de oponecia para la predefensa de una tesis de doctorado, que es un acto con gran responsabilidad donde se mide el dominio que tienes sobre la metodología de la investigación y sobre el tema en particular, ya que me tocó ser la oponecia como especialista. En fin amigos, una gran responsabilidad.
Eso lleva mucho estudio, más las cosas del trabajo de todos los días. Y dónde quedan mis intereses? Qué debo hacer en casos como esos? Podía dejar todas esas responsabilidades a un lado y priorizar solo que yo quiero hacer? Son preguntas que me hago, pero por el momento, me gana el compromiso de ayudar a las personas y de cumplir con mi trabajo lo mejor que puedo. No es el mejor remunerado, pero me gusta. Tendré que seguir analizando sobre cómo distribuir mi tiempo y sobre todo, dar niveles de ayuda. Cada cual es responsable de sus metas.
Les voy a mostrar algunas fotos de las actividades que estuve realizando en esta semana, no tengo de la estudiante a la que estuve tutorando pero el próximo martes es su graduación y espero poder compartir con ustedes, esta experiencia.
Por si no fuera suficiente con todo lo que tuve de Lunes a Viernes, el Sábado realicé la tarea de ser Tribunal del Forum de Ciencia y Técnica, dónde encontré a muchos amigos, incluso los demás miembros del tribunal fueron mis estudiantes!! Qué gran sorpresa!
Verlos siendo profesionales tan bien preparados fue una satisfacción. También tuve la oportunidad de conversar un poco con @ibcabrera y @yventura, por supuesto de Hive, ese tema nos apasiona. Mi tío también estaba para la exposición de un trabajo en mi comisión. Ahora somos colegas de trabajo 😂.

También tuve que hacer guardia en la universidad junto a compañeras del trabajo. No puedo ni explicarles el motivo, para mí es un poco absurdo pero es una tarea más con la que hay que cumplir.
Un compromiso que tengo pendiente es ir a ver a la esposa de mi primo al hospital, por eso lavé anoche y limpié, para hoy dedicarle el día.
Muchas gracias por leerme. Este es un espacio muy reconfortante, me ayuda mucho a organizar mis ideas y desahogarme. Espero sus comentarios. Quisiera saber si les ha pasado lo mismo que a mí y qué hacen para priorizar sus necesidades por encima de las responsabilidades con el trabajo y de los compromisos con otros.

This has led me to reflect on the priorities that we sometimes give to what we do not like but because of the responsibility and commitment we have, we must fulfill. That happens with my work, it demands a lot of me and my time, I do not do it because I get paid more, I do it because I am committed to help people I may never see again, that happened to me with a student I am tutoring, who came to me very recently and do a Diploma thesis, in a week is a titanic task, I dedicated myself to her completely, leaving to do exercises, coming home at night several times this week. But she has a family health situation and I gave her my hand so that she could achieve her goal of getting a license, as I said, in spite of my interests, which were others. How to write the opposition report for the pre-defense of a doctoral thesis, which is an act with great responsibility where you can measure the domain you have on the methodology of research and on the topic in particular, since it was my turn to be the opposition as a specialist. In short, friends, a great responsibility.
That takes a lot of study, plus the things of everyday work. And where are my interests? What should I do in cases like that? Could I leave all those responsibilities aside and prioritize only what I want to do? These are questions I ask myself, but for the time being, I'm committed to helping people and doing my job to the best of my ability. It's not the best paid, but I like it. I will have to keep analyzing how to distribute my time and above all, to give levels of help. Everyone is responsible for their goals.

As if it wasn't enough with all that I had from Monday to Friday, on Saturday I had the task of being the Tribunal of the Forum of Science and Technology, where I met many friends, even the other members of the tribunal were my students! What a great surprise!
Seeing them being professionals so well prepared was a satisfaction. I also had the opportunity to talk a bit with @ibcabrera and @yventura, of course about Hive, we are passionate about that topic. My uncle was also there for the exhibition of a paper in my commission. Now we are work colleagues 😂.
