Look, Watch your words

Look, watch your words!

Often times, our words are seeds planted in other people's lives; they germinate and grow; the harvest, whether bad or good, is independent of you, but the seed is dependent on you!

The boy from a poor background you called "broke" the other day is thinking about doing the unimaginable to make money in order to stop this humiliation.

The lady you called "Ugly" is trying to seek validation as well as looking for strategies to maintain her self-esteem.

What about the girl you called "Fat" who is behind doors, taking all sorts of chemicals, drugs, and even herbs to slim down!

Or should we talk about the one you called "Thin" who is going about looking for drugs that will help her add on weights?

Then there is this boy you called "dumb" who now struggles with the inferiority complex of not being able to even air out his views for fear of being called dumb again in reaffirmation.

That girl you called a bastard because of circumstances surrounding her birth is contemplating whether to commit suicide or disappear from the surface of the earth.
We are all advocating for mental health awareness, but the mental health of others is most often dependent on us, how we speak to people, how we treat them, and how we carry out activities.

The world is cruel already. If you have no way to help out, just give someone
