Un saludo amigos y amigas de #Hive y #SWC. Espero se encuentren muy bien. El d铆a de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotograf铆as de mi entrenamiento de planch del d铆a de hoy, est谩 vez en el gimnasio. Hoy me toc贸 entrenamiento de flexiones de planch, la verdad hoy me cost贸 bastante hacer ambas sesiones de entrenamiento tanto la de la ma帽ana como esta de la tarde, a pesar de ser el primer entrenamiento de flexiones luego de una descarga me costo bastante. La primera sesi贸n de hoy la realice a las 6:00 de la ma帽ana y me cost贸 por el simple hecho de tener algo adormecido el cuerpo, pero se logr贸. La intensidad en la rutina de flexiones fue con marcas de mi primera semana de carga.

Today I had plank push-up training, the truth is that today it was quite difficult for me to do both training sessions, both the morning one and this afternoon one, despite it being the first push-up training after a shock, it cost me a lot. I did the first session today at 6:00 in the morning and it was difficult for me simply because my body was a little numb, but it was achieved. The intensity in the push-up routine was with marks from my first week of loading.
En cuanto a la rutina que realice, c贸mo primer ejercicio fueron 3 series de 1 flexi贸n de full planch con la liga roja, siempre busque en recuperar el hollow arriba en despu茅s de la flexi贸n pero actualmente es lo que m谩s me cuesta, las flexiones desde siempre me han costado mucho. C贸mo segundo ejercicio realice 3 series de 2 flexiones de half planch, la verdad ac谩 si me sent铆 m谩s c贸modo, tanto que incluso estoy pensando en solo subirle intensidad a este ejercicio. C贸mo tercer ejercicio realice 1 series de 5 flexiones de straddel planch y 2 series de 2 combos de straddel pero con muchas flexiones. Por 煤ltimo realice un ejercicio b谩sico de empuje que no realice en la ma帽ana por falta de tiempo, este fue a elecci贸n libre y decid铆 hacer fondos con hollow.
As for the routine I did, the first exercise was 3 sets of 1 full plank push-up with the red band, I always looked to recover the hollow at the top after the push-up but currently it is what is most difficult for me, push-ups have always been They have cost me a lot. As a second exercise, I did 3 sets of 2 half plank push-ups, the truth is that I felt more comfortable here, so much so that I am even thinking about just increasing the intensity of this exercise. As a third exercise, perform 1 series of 5 straddel planch push-ups and 2 sets of 2 straddel combos but with many push-ups. Finally, do a basic pushing exercise that I did not do in the morning due to lack of time, this was a free choice and I decided to do dips with hollow.
