Hola amigos y amigas de #Hive y #SWC esta noche les vengo a mostrar varias fotografías de estos últimos dos días los cuales fui a un gym variado de calistenia, boxeo y crossfit, llamado Ultratraining, en el cual hay bastantes aditamentos para entrenar, como cuerdas de saltar, barra fija, y diferentes pesos los cuales se pueden utilizar a gusto, por los momentos mis rutinas han sido sin peso y poniendo solo fuerza y musculación, por lo cual estoy manteniendo al ras el control de mi peso corporal, a continuación las fotografías, espero les gusten.

Hello friends and friends of #Hive and #SWC tonight I come to show you several pictures of these last two days which I went to a varied gym of calisthenics, boxing and crossfit, called Ultratraining, in which there are enough attachments to train, such as jump ropes, fixed bar, and different weights which can be used to taste, for the moment my routines have been without weight and putting only strength and bodybuilding, so I'm keeping flush control of my body weight, then the pictures, I hope you like them.
