Hoy fue un día especial. El sol brillaba con intensidad mientras nos dirigíamos a la vereda del lago, un lugar que siempre me ha cautivado con su belleza natural e increíbles zonas donde se puede practicar deporte. Como miembros del club Olympus, decidimos visitar a nuestros compañeros de Fortis Workout, nuestro club hermano. La cálida bienvenida que recibimos no solo se debió al calor del día, sino también a la amabilidad y receptividad de los muchachos de Fortis.
Después de los saludos y las risas, nos pusimos manos a la obra. El entrenamiento bajo el sol fue desafiante pero gratificante. Los ejercicios de calistenia se mezclaron con la alegría de compartir historias y experiencias. Me sigue sorprendiendo lo relajados que son todos, conociendo como es su líder, saludos @hecatonquirox. A veces, en Olympus, nos perdemos en nuestras ocupaciones individuales y dejamos de lado el sentido de comunidad. Pero hoy, al menos los que pudimos, encontramos un momento para estar juntos, para entrenar y ponernos al día. Un saludo a los que me acompañaron @laumil, @moisesprada, @nellehive, y a los de Fortis por recibirnos, quisiera etiquetarlos a todos pero sinceramente se me olvidaron sus nombres de usuarios, reportense en los comentarios. 😅

Today was a special day. The sun was shining brightly as we headed to the lake trail, a place that has always captivated me with its natural beauty and incredible areas where you can practice sports. As members of the Olympus club, we decided to visit our fellow members of Fortis Workout, our sister club. The warm welcome we received was not only due to the warmth of the day, but also to the friendliness and receptiveness of the Fortis guys.
After greetings and laughter, we got down to business. The workout in the sun was challenging but rewarding. Calisthenics mixed with the joy of sharing stories and experiences. I continue to be amazed at how relaxed everyone is, knowing what their leader is like, cheers @hecatonquirox. Sometimes, at Olympus, we get lost in our individual busyness and let go of the sense of community. But today, at least those of us who could, found a moment to be together, to train and catch up. A shout out to those who joined me @laumil, @moisesprada, @nellehive, and those from Fortis for hosting us, I'd like to tag you all but I honestly forgot your usernames, report back in the comments. 😅
La camaradería entre los dos clubes me llenó de alegría. Ver a todos unidos, compartiendo su pasión por el fitness y la vida al aire libre, me recordó la importancia de mantenernos conectados. The camaraderie between the two clubs filled me with joy. Seeing everyone united, sharing their passion for fitness and the outdoors, reminded me of the importance of staying connected.
