Los inicios de Hive Calisthenics han sido como los de un parque al aire libre recién inaugurado: al principio, vacío, a la espera de ser equipado con barras y el equipamiento necesario para el entrenamiento. Junto a mis compañeros @Luisarrazola y @Atlashv96, he experimentado y continúo enfrentando momentos de miedo, similares a revisar el pronóstico del tiempo antes de decidir entrenar al aire libre, llenos de incertidumbre. Pero confío en esos dos chicos, y juntos nos fortalecemos, cada día, en este camino.
Este primer mes ha implicado: establecer un reglamento, crear una identidad visual, y definir nuestras funciones como administradores, moderadores y miembros. Hemos desarrollado una estrategia de promoción, misión y visión a corto, mediano y largo plazo, alineada con los deseos de la mayoría y de los interesados en unirse a nosotros. Todo esto se ha logrado sin recursos económicos, invirtiendo de nuestro propio dinero y con presupuestos limitados. A pesar de ello, creo que estamos avanzando con estilo. Sí chicos, la máquina está lista para arrancar. Es pequeña y modesta, pero acogedora y valiosa. Nuestro feed es excelente. Todos están haciendo un trabajo estupendo.
Es el momento de invitar a más atletas y ofrecer a cada uno la oportunidad de probar las instalaciones, con el potencial de convertirse en miembros activos. La comunidad de Hive Calisthenics está preparada para acoger y expandirse.
Ayer me reuní con atletas locales interesados en Hive y la comunidad. Continuaremos avanzando paso a paso.
Mi amigo Félix nos proporcionó los primeros stickers con el logo de los cuatro clubes de la comunidad y el de HC. Esto refuerza nuestra unidad y promueve un sentido de pertenencia, arraigado en nuestros valores y el anhelo de conquistar grandes metas y crecer. Es un esfuerzo modesto, pero valioso.
Trabajemos duro para que en el mediano plazo podamos cubrir otras necesidades de la comunidad. Queda mucho trabajo por hacer. Pensemos en grande.

The beginnings of Hive Calisthenics have been like those of a newly opened outdoor park: at first, empty, waiting to be equipped with bars and the necessary equipment for training. Together with my teammates @Luisarrazola and @Atlashv96, I have experienced and continue to face scary moments, similar to checking the weather forecast before deciding to train outdoors, full of uncertainty. But I trust those two guys, and together we grow stronger, every day, on this journey.
This first month has involved: establishing bylaws, creating a visual identity, and defining our roles as administrators, moderators and members. We have developed a promotion strategy, mission and vision for the short, medium and long term, aligned with the wishes of the majority and those interested in joining us. All this has been achieved without financial resources, investing our own money and with limited budgets. Despite this, I believe we are moving forward in style. Yes guys, the machine is ready to go. It's small and modest, but cozy and valuable. Our feed is excellent. Everyone is doing a great job.
Now is the time to invite more athletes and offer each one the opportunity to try out the facilities, with the potential to become active members. The Hive Calisthenics community is ready to welcome and expand.
Yesterday I met with local athletes interested in Hive Blockchain and the community. We will continue to move forward step by step.
My friend Felix provided us with the first stickers with the logo of the four community clubs and HC. This reinforces our unity and promotes a sense of belonging, rooted in our values and the desire to achieve great goals and grow. It is a modest but valuable effort.
Let's work hard so that in the medium term we can meet other community needs. There is still a lot of work to be done. Let's think big.
