No me van a decir que sus energías, rostros, comportamientos cambian cuando estamos con los amigos, y sin necesidad de ningún tipo de pastilla, terapia, el estar con nuestros amigos hace la magia en nuestra vida, es sentirnos nosotros mismos, libres, conectados a través de lazos tan fuertes y hasta mas que los de sangre, la amistad es un valioso tesoro que debemos conservar.

My friends and I saw that the yoga teacher posted an ad on social networks for a yoga class on the beach, we were excited about the idea, and of course I practice yoga, but just the fact of going together with my friends, get there together talking along the way feel that happiness of going together on the road, to go from house to house to look for them, share a while I was more excited, just being with them sharing outside the workplace, the house, gave me a lot of power to the activity. So without thinking too much we put on our beach outfit and we left like parrots talking along the way, and with a happy face that looked like we had won the lottery, as if we had not been released from prison hehehehe. I took my daughter who is already a young lady, so she could feel and live the happiness of sharing with friends, my other friends did not take their children because they are small, and there they were going to be a little more pending, and the idea was to spend it differently than at home, and as it is yoga class you have to be relaxed they were not going to be able to do it, so their children stayed with their daddies taking care of them hehehehehe, my husband was saved because my daughter is already older.
Mis amigas y yo vimos que la profe de yoga colgó un anuncio por las redes sociales de una clase de yoga en la playa, nos entusiasmo la idea, y claro yo practico yoga, pero solo el hecho de ir juntas con mis amigas, llegar hasta allá juntas hablando por el camino sentir esa felicidad de ir juntas en la carretera , de ir de casa en casa a buscarlas, compartir un rato me entusiasmo mas, solo el hecho de estar con ellas compartiendo fuera del lugar de trabajo, la casa, le dio para mi mucho poder a la actividad. Asi que sin pensarlo mucho nos colocamos nuestro outfit de playa y nos fuimos como unas cotorras hablando por el camino, y con una cara de felicidad que parecía que nos hubiéramos sacado la lotería, como que sin nos hubiéramos salido de prisión jejeje. Yo me lleve a mi hija que ya es caso una señorita, para que sintiera y viviera la felicidad de compartir con las amigas, mis otras amigas no se llevaron sus hijos porque si son pequeños, y allí iban a estar un poco mas pendiente, y la idea era pasarla diferente que en casa, y como es clase de yoga hay que estar relajadas no lo iban a poder hacer, así que sus hijos se quedaron con sus papis cuidándolos jejeje, mi esposo se salvo porque ya mi hija esta mas grande.

La clase de yoga estuvo maravillosa potenciando aun mas el poderoso poder de relajación del yoga con los sonidos del mar, y una maravillosa vista al mar, nos relajamos e hicimos un poco de estiramientos, quedamos como en las nubes después de la clase super livianitas.

Al terminar la clase de yoga estuvimos disfrutando un rato de las instalaciones, con ricas comidas y bebidas, sin ningun apuro, lo que potenciaba aun mas lo obtenido en la clase de yoga, y el estar con las amigas, no queríamos que nada rompiera el equilibrio que habíamos encontrados combinando elementos tan poderosos como la amistas, el yoga, la naturaleza.
