Saludos comunidad 🤗. Espero hayan tenido muchos motivos para sonreír junto a sus seres queridos.
Y hablando de sonreír, aprovecho esta oportunidad para contarles que mis hijos y yo estamos muy agradecidos con la gente de Farmatodo, porque anoche dibujaron en nuestros rostros muchas sonrisas. Si, grandes sonrisas debidas a la buena y puntual atención que dieron a nuestra solicitud en una situación urgente.
Les comentó que anoche, antes de dormir, cuando iba a tomarme las pastillas habituales, al buscarlas me llevo la sorpresa que se me habían terminado 🤦🏻♀️. Eran ya las 10 de la noche.
Por supuesto que, esto hizo preocuparme después de haberme culpado una y otra vez por no estar pendiente de reponer el stock a tiempo y cometer este descuido.
Luego de ello, mis hijos y yo comenzamos a buscar soluciones y entre unas y otras cosas que pasaron por nuestra mente, mi hija nombra a Farmatodo y su servicio de 24 horas.
Acto seguido, mi hijo menor inicia la busqueda de información en Google y me explican que debo descargar en mi celular la aplicación de Farmatodo y registrarme.
Así lo hice y luego de ello, comencé a buscar las medicinas que necesitaba. Al seleccionarlas, la aplicación las dirige a un carrito de compras virtual y luego al seleccionar el carrito inicia el proceso para realizar el pago 💵
Por supuesto que, con este proceso estaba algo desconfiada pero era la única vía para solucionar y poder tomar mis pastillas.
La aplicación te va dirigiendo paso a paso hasta realizar el pago, que una vez concretado, el motorizado responsable del delivery se comunicó con nosotros por Whatsapp 📱.
En la aplicación podíamos ver una imagen de una moto 🏍️ informando todo su trayecto. Y así pude visualizar desde que la moto llegaba a Farmatodo a recoger los medicamentos hasta cuando estaba acercandose a nuestra vivienda. Y al estar frente a nuestro hogar, el motorizado nos llamó para finalmente darnos los medicamentos.
Por supesto que, haré todo lo posible para estar pendiente de comprar las pastillas a tiempo y así evitar pasar por estas situaciones sin necesidad, pero aún mantengo una sonrisa de satisfacción porque ya sé que en casos de emergencia tenemos con quien contar.
Así que, Farmatodo se ganó un triple WOW de nuestra parte y la confianza en poder recomendarlos.

And speaking of smiling, I take this opportunity to tell you that my children and I are very grateful to the people of Farmatodo, because last night they drew on our faces many smiles. Yes, big smiles due to the good and punctual attention they gave to our request in an urgent situation.
Last night, before going to sleep, when I was going to take my usual pills, I was surprised to find that I had run out of them 🤦🏻♀️. It was already 10 o'clock at night.
Of course, this made me worry after having blamed myself over and over again for not being vigilant about replenishing the stock on time and committing this oversight.
After that, my children and I began to look for solutions and among the many things that went through our minds, my daughter named Farmatodo and its 24-hour service.
Then, my youngest son starts searching for information on Google and they explain to me that I must download the Farmatodo application on my cell phone and register.
So I did and after that, I started looking for the medicines I needed. When selecting them, the application directs them to a virtual shopping cart and then selecting the cart starts the payment process 💵
Of course, with this process I was a bit wary but it was the only way to solve and be able to take my pills.
The application guides you step by step to make the payment, and once the payment was made, the driver responsible for the delivery communicated with us by Whatsapp 📱.
In the application we could see an image of a motorcycle 🏍️ reporting its entire journey. And so I could visualize from when the motorcycle arrived at Farmatodo to pick up the medicines to when it was approaching our home. And when it was in front of our home, the motorcycle called us to finally give us the medicines.
Of course, I will do everything I can to make sure I buy the pills on time to avoid these unnecessary situations, but I still have a smile of satisfaction because I know that in case of emergency we have someone to count on.
So, Farmatodo earned a triple WOW from us and the confidence to recommend them.
